A simple guide to help customers prepare before the cleaning visit so the team can focus on cleaning instead of moving clutter.
Before the visit
Pick up personal items, laundry, dishes, toys, and valuables when possible. The clearer the surfaces and floors, the more cleaning can be completed within the quoted time.
Pets
Tell the partners about dogs, cats, or other animals during the quote request. Secure pets if needed so the cleaning team can work safely and doors can be opened without risk.
Access and parking
Share parking notes, stairs, gate access, apartment building instructions, or elevator details before the appointment. Do not submit door codes in the public quote form.
Scope changes
Add-ons and heavy areas should be mentioned before service. If extra work is requested during the visit, the partners confirm whether time and price allow it.
